2 Charleston men arrested on drug charges in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Two Charleston men were arrested Thursday on drug charges in Morgantown.

Trey Walker, 24, and Carrington Morris, 22, were arrested when the Morgantown Police Department executed a search warrant at a Pennsylvania Avenue apartment in relation to an ongoing investigation into suspected drug sales.

Police said they began to investigate after receiving multiple complaints and observing activity indicating the sale of illegal drugs at the apartment.

Walker and Morris were arrested at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, and marijuana, packaging materials, and a firearm were found, police said.

Walker and Morris are each charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
