The center got a check for $25,000.

MORGANTOWN -- The West Virginia University Eye Institute received a $25,000 grant from the Walmart Foundation on Thursday.
The grant will supports the institute's specialized pediatric vision care program, which works to save vision in thousands of children.
Eye Center officials, representatives from local Sam's Club and Walmart stores and state Senator Roman Prezioso were on hand for the presentation.
Each year the center serves more than 10,000 teenagers ranging from newborns to teenagers.
It is the only complete pediatric eyecare center in the state.
