BRIDGEPORT -- The Harrison County Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest business on Wednesday afternoon.
Golden Harvest Circle of Care held its ribbon cutting on the steps of the Newton Street building in Bridgeport.
Golden Harvest will provide day care amenities for elderly adults who need to be cared for during the day, officials said.
The elderly will be housed in a safe environment complete with meals and activities, they said.
The center will have room for up to 30 adults at a time and will be assisted by the Visiting Angels program.
Co-owner, Robert Coburn, says the facility will be officially opening its doors on April 1.
