Ronald Wigley could spend up to 10 years behind bars.
KINGWOOD -- A judge has sentenced a Preston County man who set fire to a concrete plant.
Ronald Wigley, 34, pleaded guilty to second-degree arson, for setting fire to the main office of Poland Concrete in Masontown, in January 2008.
He also pleaded guilty to felony destruction of property.
The judge sentenced him to one to 10 years in prison for the destruction of property charge.
He also sentenced him to five years for the arson charge, but then suspended that sentence.
Instead, Wigley will serve one year of home confinement, plus probation, after he gets out of prison.
He is currently being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
