Randolph County Man Sentenced on Incest Charge

John Howell could spend up to 15 years in prison.

ELKINS -- A Randolph County man will spend five to 15 years behind bars for impregnating a female relative.

Judge Jaymie Godwin-Wilfong sentenced John Howell to prison and ordered him to register as a lifetime sex offender.

Howell, 36, pleaded guilty to incest in April.

He is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Oh so sorry! Sounds like your feelings are hurt, Met lots of em and they are always trouble, Even the Randolph county police know em by name! lol And you sound like one of the bullys" Watch whats you say?" Eww Im so scared. Hope he rots in jail!

Not all the Howell's are trashy and not all of them are from Randolph county so you should watch what you say.
