ELKINS -- Workers have finished construction on the Railroad Restaurant in Elkins and it's now open to bus tours.
Owners say the restaurant is also catering Durbin & Greenbrier's trains.
Owners say they're still working on the restaurant's finishing touches, like decorations and the restaurant's signs and computer system.
They say it should be open to the general public in about a month or so.
