The program helps kids learn to read and write better.
By Dani Brake
CLARKSBURG -- Energy Express started Monday morning in Clarksburg. The six week program helps kids keep up with their reading and writing skills over the summer. It's free and for kids in kindergarten through the sixth grade. Volunteers are a huge part of the program. Organizers say they work very hard to make sure the kids learn in a fun way.
