ARTHURDALE -- The 75th annual New Deal Festival ended with a Homecoming luncheon Sunday afternoon.
Folks gathered after services at the Community Presbyterian Church in Arthurdale to enjoy a covered dish dinner.
People from Colorado, Florida and the eastern shore attended Sunday dinner to round out the weekend of events.
"The big part of the celebration was yesterday and today we're just continuing here and praising the gifts we've been given the last 75 years," says Arthurdale Resident Kathy George.
If you want to learn more about the town's history, Arthurdale Heritage will host a New Deal Homestead History Lecture on July 28th at 7:00 pm.
It is free and open for the public.
