William Holden abused a teenage boy, authorities said.
WEST UNION -- The Doddridge County grand jury indicted former county sheriff William Holden Monday.
Holden was indicted on four counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, one count of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of displaying obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.
The victim was a 13-year-old boy and the alleged abuse happened approximately 30 times between January 2005 and March 2009, authorities said.
