KINGWOOD -- The Preston County Sheriff's Department is investigating an accident that happened Friday night on Hazelton Road at the intersection of Maryland Line Road.
Steven Wolfe was driving a white Chevy Express van when he exited Maryland Line Road and cut off a Ford F150, according to a news release from the sheriff's department.
The driver of the F150, Christopher O'Brien, hit Wolfe's van on the driver's side, the release says.
Wolfe and O'Brien's son, Chase, went to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to the news release.
Deputies determined that O'Brien was intoxicated, the news release states, and charged him with one count of first offense Driving Under the Influence (DUI), two counts of DUI with injury, and DUI with a minor in the vehicle.
The accident is still under investigation.
