CLARKSBURG -- A jury convicted a Harrison County man for his part in a robbery on Jarvisville Road in Harrison County last May.
Jurors found Jubal Wesley Goff, 30, guilty of conspiracy and second degree robbery, according to Assistant Prosecuting Attorney James Armstrong.
Judge John Marks scheduled Goff for sentencing in January, Armstrong said.
Harrison County deputies arrested Goff, Rebecca Carpenter and Brandon Yocco for stealing money and other items from a man they were giving a ride to.
Yocco has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy.
