Both accidents happened Saturday evening.
WESTON -- Two accidents in Lewis County sent multiple people to the hospital, Saturday evening.
The first accident happened around 5 p.m. on Interstate 79 near the Roanoke exit.
Two people were taken by ambulance to the hospital, one person was flown by HealthNet to Ruby Memorial, in Morgantown, according to the Weston Fire Department.
The second accident happened about an hour later on U.S. Route 33, at the intersection of Saw Mill Road.
That accident involved two motorcycles.
One person was flown by HealthNet to Ruby Memorial, with a head and leg injury, officials said.
Two other patients were taken by ambulance, to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, in Weston.
