West Virginia University Hosts Annual Woodburn Hall Holiday Lighting Ceremony Tuesday

It's the 22nd year for the tradition.

MORGANTOWN -- Tuesday night, for the 22nd year in a row, West Virginia University will light up Woodburn Hall on its Downtown Campus.

The lighting ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Patients at the West Virginia University Children's Hospital will flip the switch and Mountaineer Idol participants will sing Christmas carols.

The entire community is invited to attend the lighting ceremony.

The lights will stay on until Jan. 18.
