CLARKSBURG -- Harrison County native Susan Young always knew she would come home to the Mountain State.

She had been living in Florida making a good living handling millions of dollars for a financial service.

Then she lost her job, like many other Americans during hard economic times.

She decided to come home to Clarksburg and do what she knows best.

"I'm a full service financial advisor. We'll have stocks, bonds, mutual funds, financial planning, retirement services working with small businesses and of course good ole All State Insurance." said Young.

Young says a family member bought out the old Hometown Hotdog building on 520 Milford St.

Since then the building has been completely gutted and renovations are expected to be finished by April 1.

Young says several community members have stopped by and thanked her for fixing up the building, both inside and out.

The new business wil be called Harrison Insurance and Financial Center.

Young said she is currently looking to hire two employees who will be paid both salary and commission.

Where can I send a resume? I have been out of work for 18 months and my wife left me a year ago.
