Jeff joined the staff at WBOY in October 2007.

Jeff covers Upshur, Randolph, and Tucker counties and is a weekend news anchor. He has held positions as a news photographer and live truck operator here at WBOY.

He was raised near Grafton, W.Va., and attended Grafton High School. He lives in Buckhannon, W.Va. with his wife Debbie, and has two step daughters, and three grand babies.

He began his broadcasting career at WDTV, the local CBS affiliate in Bridgeport. He worked there as a production assistant, promotion manager, and finally news anchor/reporter. He also has worked in radio and newspaper over the years.

Jeff is happy to be back at WBOY.

"This is the station where I interned. So to be back here, it feels like I've come full circle. I really enjoy going out in the field and meeting people, and coming back to put it all together."

When he's not working, he volunteers his time as a member of the Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the United States Air Force.

His hobbies are enjoying the outdoors, golf, following entertainment, current daily news, aviation, and space exploration, which he enjoyed in July 2011 by doing stories on the last Space Shuttle mission at Cape Canaveral, Florida. He also enjoys jazz, and listening to the music of Frank Sinatra.
