Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
A year and a half long battle between Highland Hospital and Fairmont General Hospital is finally over.
The West Virginia Health Care Authority ruled Thursday that Highland can move in to the vacated United Hospital Center building in Clarksburg.
FGH challenged Highland's plans to move in last year because they compete in the same specialized medical field.
The ruling stated the project costs more than 43 million dollars.
FGH does have the option to appeal the ruling.
