Temperatures continue to stay mild over our region. Tuesday, highs will climb well into the 50s as warm air pushes in ahead of a cold front. The leading push of warm air could produce a few rain showers, best chance morning through early afternoon. We'll then be well secured in the warm sector of this storm system. Highs climb close to 60 on Thursday with a line of showers moving east over the state.
Showers should wrap up Thursday evening. A linger low pressure system will lift northeast along the cold front on Friday, keeping a few rain and mountain snow showers in the forecast, best chance in the AM.
High pressure then builds in for the weekend, resulting in dry weather and moderating temperatures.
Low pressure lifts more warmth and rain showers back to West Virginia on Tuesday.
