Quick and Easy Chicken Romano

6 Fresh Chicken Breasts pounded to 1/4 inch thick

12 large eggs beaten

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 cups heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

2 lemons cut in wedges

Preheat oven to 375• F.

Mix all ingredients except flour all together. You should have a thick batter.

Pat chicken breast in flour then dip in batter and place on well oiled cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until center of chicken isn't pink.

Place on dish and squeeze lemons over chicken and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Serve along with your favorite pasta marinara or rice pilaf.
