MOUNT CLARE -
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Shinnston man accused of driving under the influence and causing death.
Deputies arrested Gary Snow Friday night in Mount Clare. The Lewis County Sheriff's Office had a warrant out for Snow's arrest.
He is accused of killing one person while driving under the influence on Interstate 79 in 2011, Lewis County Sheriff Michael Gissy said. It happened around the 105 mile marker in Lewis County.
Deputies took Snow to the North Central Regional Jail. He has posted bond.
