Taylor County Grand Jury Presents Indictments Against 33 People

The Taylor County grand jury has returned indictments against 33 people facing charges ranging from burglary and malicious assault.

The following list is provided by the Taylor County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Zachary Dalton, 29, of Philippi was indicted on one count of malicious assault and one count of burglary. According to the criminal complaint, Dalton entered a Taylor County home through a bathroom window and attacked his ex-girlfriend's father.

Douglas Hester, 42, was indicted on one count of deliver of a controlled substance, heroin.

Christopher Elmond, 21, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of third offense of driving on a revoked license for driving under the influence.

Anthony Faulkiner, 19, of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of possession of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, one count of grand larceny and one charge of conspiracy.

Steven P. Cook, 23, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of third offense driving under the influence.

Jackie Wyatt, 40, of Flemington was indicted on one count of third offense driving on a revoked licensed under the influence.

Robert Craner, 31, of Bellview, was indicted on one count of burglary.

Charles Pinell, 61, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of conspiracy.

Rhonda Colisino, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of conspiracy.

Robert Hutson, of Salem, was indicted on four counts of felony child neglect.

David Shoemaker, 31, of Clarksburg, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy and two count of burglary.

Daniel Thompson, 27, of Michigan, was indicted on one count of forgery of a public record.

Joshua Menendez-Finch, 24, of Spelter, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and two counts of burglary.

Rocco Miller, 29, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy and two counts of burglary.

Christopher Rogers, 21, of Bridgeport, was indicted on two counts of burglary and two counts of conspiracy.

Dmitri McQuain, 28, of Bridgeport, was indicted on two counts of burglary and two counts of conspiracy.

Ashley Sullivan, 34, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance, delivery of a schedule II substance of heroin and conspiracy.

Anthony Johnson, 21, of Morgantown was indicted on one count of conspiracy.

Ashley Delauder, 23, of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of forgery, two counts of uttering, two counts of fraudulent use of an access device and one count fraudulent schemes.

Tiffany Stemple, 24, of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of felony child neglect.

Cody Koontz, 21, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

David Biggins, 23, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

John Sisler, 36, was indicted on one count of felony child neglect, manufacturing a controlled substance and conspiracy.

William Parsons, 27, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of felony child neglect.

Lisa Shoffler, 29, of Westover, was indicted on two counts of burglary and two counts of conspiracy.

Doris Sisler, 36, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of felony child neglect, manufacturing a controlled substance and conspiracy.

Keith Herron, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of burglary and conspiracy.

James Moyer, 26, of Flemington, was indicted on one count of malicious assault and one count of second degree sexual assault.

Jeremy Stevens, 30, of Grafton, was indicted on two count of fraudulent use of an access device.

Patricia McCoy, 31, of Bridgeport, was indicted on one count of child abuse resulting in injury.

Kristin Walker, 34, of Bridgeport, was indicted on one count of forgery, uttering and fraudulent use of an access device.

Lisa Korossa, 23, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of felony child neglect.

Michael Denson, 39, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
