Day 3: Morgantown Bow and Arrow Murder Trial

The Andrew McIntyre murder trial continued Friday with McIntyre's defense presented its case to the jury.

McIntyre's then-girlfriend, now his wife, testified about the day he shot Marcus Toothman with a bow and arrow.

McIntyre faces a charge of first degree murder.

His defense is trying for a lesser charge saying he didn't mean to kill Toothman.

The defense will resume calling witnesses on Monday.
