5 Sentenced on Drug Charges in U.S. Federal Court

Five people have been sentenced in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

Judge Keeley sentenced Frank Cooper, 19, of Pittsburgh, Pa. to 87 months in prison, followed by eight years of supervised release.  He pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Harrison County in July 2011.  

Henry Paul, 21, of Pittsburgh, Pa., has been sentenced to 78 months in prison, followed by eight years of supervised release.  Paul pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Harrison County in July 2011.  

Tasha Vanscoy, 38, of Clarksburg, has been sentenced to 46 months in prison, followed by six years of supervised release. Vanscoy pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Harrison County in May 2011.  

Lita Smallwood, 26, of Clarksburg, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison, followed by six years of supervised release.  Smallwood pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Harrison County in May 2011.  

Elisha Sadler, 49, of Morgantown, has been sentenced to 46 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.  Sadler pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute crack, cocaine and heroin in Dec. 2010.
