Surveillance was established near the Clarksburg Walmart after investigators were able to establish local associates of Olesnavage and determine places she frequently visited, officials said.

Deputy Marshals were able to apprehend Olesnavage with the assistance of Walmart staff who was alerted by the Marshals of the fugitive's frequent visits to the store, according to the news release.
