Marion County Grand Jury Indict 23 on Day 2

The Marion County Grand Jury indicted 23 people on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

The following list is provided by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Suzanna Scherie Greathouse, 40 of Farmington, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment and child neglect.

Deputies said Greathouse pointed a shotgun at her husband and 12-year-old daughter and threatened to shoot her daughter if she didn't move out of the way.

Craig Dontel Jones, 20, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Detectives said Jones robbed a pizza man at gun point in November.

Aaron Bryson Pennington, 35, of Fairview, was indicted on two counts of robbery in the first degree.

Fairview Police said Pennington robbed the Circle K Gas station on Main Street at knife-point two separate times.

Tracy Lloyd Bridges, Jr., 22, of Morgantown, was indicted on one count of child neglect creating risk of injury and possession with intent to deliver.

Vanquisha Jonta Clay, 24, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of third offense shoplifting.

Andrew Michael Grabb, 27, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of third offense DUI, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and obstructing an officer.

Eric Jason Cottrell, 36, of Carolina, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle in reckless indifference to the safety of others, third offense DUI, first offense SRO DUI.

Rhonda Nicholson, 27, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit a felony and child neglect creating risk of injury or death.

Laramie Blue Davis, 23, of Bridgeport, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Michael Joseph Monell, 46, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit a felony and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a firearm.

Nicholson, Davis, and Monell were arrested after an undercover drug sting.

The arrests stemmed from a tip that Davis was selling pain pills.

The sheriff's department arrested Davis, who said he got some of the pills from Nicholson.

Deputies searched Nicholson's house and found a rifle belonging to Michael Monell, who's also a convicted felon.

Roger Dale White, 34, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Sylvia Christia Snively, 29, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of child neglect creating risk of injury and DUI.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department responded to a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 79 in May.

Deputies found Snively, high on prescription pills, with her young child inside the car, they said.

Christon Ray Spencer, 37, of Fairmont, was indicted on two counts of third offense DUI, SRO for DUI and second offense SRO for DUI.

Tammy Salisburg, 45, of Monongah, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony domestic battery.

Gary Wesley Nehls, 45, of Monongah, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony domestic battery.

Charles V. Williams, 39, of Barrackville, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

Greg Edward White, 57, of Carolina, was indicted on one count of failure to provide notice of registration changes lifetime.

Jeremy Nathan Ferraro, 31, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of forgery, uttering, obtaining money, property or services by false pretenses and one count of third offense domestic battery.

Matthew Kent Blower, 29, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Christopher Shawn Lemasters, 23, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Terry Akinori Kuniyoshi, 42, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

William Christopher Murray, 22, of Worthington, was indicted on one count of third degree sexual assault.

Ronald Gene Rush, 28, of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of child neglect creating risk of injury, one count of first offense driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol or controlled substance.
