Marion County Judge Michael Aloi heard pre-trial motions in an attempted abduction case.

Edward Utter is charged with two counts of attempted abduction and three counts of indecent exposure.

Police said Utter exposed himself to two teenager girls and one woman in 2009.

They said he also tried to lure the two girls into his car.

The defense filed a motion to have the cases tried separately.

Judge Aloi will rule on the motion at a later date.
