Preston Runner Schwarzenberg Signs with Lehigh University

KINGWOOD -

High school athletes are continuing to let it be known where they are headed to continue their athletic careers. Thursday in Kingwood, another student inked his name.

Peter Schwarzenberg signed a National Letter of Intent to run cross country at Lehigh University..

Schwarzenberg earned All-State honors in 2011 by finishing third at the 2011 West Virginia State Cross Country Championships.

He said it's the culture of the program at Lehigh that sold him on attending school in Bethlehem, Pa.

Schwarzenberg plans to study engineering.
