The Doddridge County grand jury has returned indictments against eight people in the Feb. 2012 term.
Brandy Scott, 30, of West Union was indicted on one count of cruelty to animals.
Cory Ford, 21, of West Union, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one count of nighttime burglary and one count of petit larceny.
Cory Durlinger, 28, of West Union was indicted on one count of failure to provide change of sexual offender registration information.
Bryan Foster, 41, of Pennsboro, was indicted on one count of burglary, one count of grand larceny, one count of operating a clandestine drug lab, one count of illegal possession of a destructive device and one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.
Mark Reed, 25, of Salem, was indicted on one count of entering without breaking.
Charles Barr, 33, of West Union was indicted on one count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Thomas Blankenship, Sr., 41, of West Union was indicted on five counts of sexual assault in the first degree, nine counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or a person in a position of trust, nine counts of incest, one count of displaying or possession material by a parent depicting a child in sexually explicit conduct, four counts of sexual assault in the second degree and two counts of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.
