The Upshur County Sheriff's Department, with assistance from the Buckhannon Police Department, has arrested a man for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine methamphetamine lab.
Authorities executed a search warrant early Wednesday morning on Buffalo Run Road at Richard Weaver's home.
Once inside the home, authorities found evidence of a recent methamphetamine cook.
Weaver, 37, was arrested on similar charges in 2005.
Weaver is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
