State Police Arrest Morgantown Woman Accused of Child Abuse

The state police have arrested a Morgantown woman accused of abusing a four-year-old girl.

They've charged Ronbir Kaur with two counts of child abuse causing injury.

The police said the child had scratches and bruises on her face and back

Kaur is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $10,000.
