David Simpson of Fairview, West Virginia was arrested Thursday night after a warrant for his arrest was put out by Monongalia County Sheriff's Department following a January incident.

Simpson is charged with breaking and entering as well as arson after he removed items from his mother's shed, dismantled it and set it on fire.

Simpson is in the North Central Regional Jail but has not been arraigned.
