The warm weather's been nice for drivers since there hasn't been much snow to contend with.
But that doesn't mean it's been easy for the Division of Highways.
Although it was off for the holiday Monday, the DOH has been hard at work repairing area roads.
It said since the ground never froze, it's been dealing with more road slips than normal for this time of year.
"The slips will cost us some money, but we should still have additional funding to do additional paving this season, and we're probably going to start as soon as we possibly can."
The DOH said it hopes to use some of the extra money to repair potholes on some local secondary roads.
