Some residents on Mountain View Road off of the Kingwood Pike in Monongalia County had a rude awakening Tuesday night.

A truck barreled through the neighborhood running across yards, knocking down fences and flattening mailboxes.

The state police investigated the incident Wednesday morning while residents cleaned up the damage.

The police said they have a suspect and that an arrest is imminent.
