Lewis County Grand Jury Presents 12 Indictments

The March term of the Lewis County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 12 people, with one presentation being made by a special prosecutor.

The following list has been provided by the Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney Gary Morris.

Christopher Bills, 18, of Weston, faces one count of armed robbery and one count of conspiracy.

Lawan Gaddy, 23, of Weston, faces one count of armed robbery (aid and abetting) and one count of conspiracy.

Tiffany Roach, 23, of Weston, faces one count of armed robbery (aid and abetting) and one count of conspiracy.

Angela Jean Burkhart, 43, of Weston, faces one count of death of incapacitated adult by a caregiver.

David Tyler Raine, 20, of Weston, faces two counts of grand larceny, one count of burglary and two counts of conspiracy.

Raymond Joseph Roselle, 19, of Weston, faces one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

Thomas R. Pratt, 21, of Weston, faces one count conspiracy, one count of burglary and one count of grand larceny.

Casey N. Cottrill, 30, of Wilsie, faces one count of forgery and one count of uttering.

Daisy Mae Hall, 32, of Central Regional Jail, faces one count failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

Adam Ryan Huntz, 31, of Weston, faces two counts of forgery and two counts of uttering.

Jeffrey Allen White, 43, of Summersville, faces one count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

Under a special prosecutor, Anthony Duane Falls, 31, of Weston, faces one count of uttering, according to the news release from Prosecuting Attorney Gary Morris.
