Governor Earl Ray Tomblin visited the West Virginia State Nursing Facility in Clarksburg to learn more about Glenville State College's West Virginia Legacy Project Tuesday.

Students have traveled the state interviewing veterans from World War Two to the present.

The project was made possible by a $350,000 grant.

Project Director Bob Henry Baber said they are about halfway done and that it has already been an amazing experience.

Baber said he hopes eventually to have a documentary, photo exhibit, and even a play for the public.
