The weather is showing signs that spring is on the horizon, and Morgantown's Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners are wondering what your kids will be up to this summer.
Saturday, BOPARC held an activity sign-up event at the Morgantown Event Center.
Members from various BOPARC programs were on hand to register kids and adults for everything from in-line hockey, to soft-ball, all in hopes to get people out and active.
"We want something for kids to keep them off the couch and out into the area, and that's what parents are looking for. Instructional sports and BOPARC is trying to lead the way," said BOPARC Athletics Manager Gordon Shilling.
On top of the usual summer sports like baseball and softball, BOPARC is offering a number of summer camps for kids and swimming lessons.
