Taylor County Grand Jury Presents 14 Indictments

The Taylor County grand jury has returned indictments against 14 people.

The following list was provided by the Taylor County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Shirley D. Sigley, 45 of Kingwood, was indicted on one count of third offense shoplifting.

Evan Patrick Hollen, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Danny L. Timmins, 40 of Colfax, was indicted on one count of first offense driving under the influence and one count of third offense driving while license revoked for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Richard M. Mooney, 24 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of third offense domestic battery.

Derrick K. Swiger, 21 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of failure to appear.

Cassie Anne Poling, 26 of Flemington, was indicted on one count of obtaining controlled substance by misrepresentation or fraud, one count of forgery and one count of uttering.

James D. Moyer, 26 of Flemington, was indicted on one count of failure to appear.

Junior Ross Bolyard, 51 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Ronda L. Colisino, 50 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of third offense shoplifting.

Henry L. Hartley, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of obtaining welfare by fraud.

Donald J. Getz, of Grafton, was indicted on one count of fraudulent use of an access device.

Jamie Lee Owens, 29 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of third offense driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Darrick Shores, 30 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of malicious assault.

Anthony Griffin was indicted on one count of malicious assault.
