Randolph County Man in Court for Preliminary Hearing

A Randolph County man was in court Monday morning for a preliminary hearing.

Robert Dale Howell, 40, faces a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses.

The criminal complaint said Howell agreed to perform work for an elderly couple, took money from them but never completed the work or returned the money.

His case will go to the Randolph County grand jury.
