Former WVU Mountaineer football player Nicholas "Branko" Busick was back in court Tuesday for an incident in Morgantown during the summer of 2011.

Judge Russell Clawges sentenced Busick to five years of probation for assault during the commission of a felony, which is to be served in Hancock County, where he is currently living with his parents.

Judge Clawges suspended the possible prison sentence of two to ten years, for each charge.

Busick and another man, Nicholas Conques, conspired to rob a man at an apartment on High Street in Morgantown in July 2011.

Conques pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges and will be sentenced on April 20 at 11:30 a.m.
