Morgantown police have arrested a man linked to a Daytime Burglary.
Saturday, Morgantown Police arrested Joshua Leggett, 30, of Morgantown and have charged him with Daytime Burglary.
Shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday, police were alerted to a burglary in process on Diamond Avenue. Officers were notified that the suspect was leaving the scene in a blue truck.
Upon arrival to the area, police soon identified a vehicle matching the description and conducted a traffic stop. During that stop they found the stolen property in the vehicle driven by Leggett.
Leggett is currently being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $10,000.
