WVU Baseball Player Matthew Malloy Pleads Guilty to Battery

A WVU baseball player charged with malicious wounding was in court Monday.

Ohio native Matthew Malloy, 21, has pleaded guilty to battery.

Malloy will spend 90 days on home confinement starting in September and one year on probation.
