Emergency crews responded to a two car accident near the intersection of Route 33 and the Crystal Springs exit just around 4 p.m. Sunday.
Two vehicles were involved in a T-Bone type collision, officials said.
Two people were flown by helicopter to Ruby Memorial Hospital. The other two were by taken EMS to Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins.
No word on injuries or exactly what happened.
The West Virginia State Police is investigating.
