Harrison County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments for 51 Cases

Harrison County Grand Jury hands down indictments 51 cases.

Among those indicted are as followed:

Clifford E. Hudkins, II, 44 of Bridgeport, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving while licensed revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol.

William Lee Boyce, 26 of Shinnston, was indicted on two counts of third or subsequent offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence, one count of destruction of property and one count of failure to comply with terms and conditions of participation in motor vehicle alcohol test and lock program.

Derrick E. Henley, 31 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of child abuse resulting in injury.

Joseph Smith Jr., 33 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of persons prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Harold D. Mayfield, 22 of Gypsy, was indicted on one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of felony crime of violence against another.

Edward J. Rollyson, 40, was indicted on one count of second offense driving with an operator's license suspended or revoked for driving while under the influence of alcohol and one count of improper use of evidences of registration.

Danielle Richards, 27 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of second degree robbery.

Cody Henderson, 22 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Seam Scheuvront, 24 of West Milford, was indicted on one count of destruction of property, one count of grand larceny, one count of breaking and entering of an automobile and one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Casey Bennett, 23 of Cambria, was indicted on one count of destruction of property, one count of grand larceny, one count of breaking and entering of an automobile and one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Edward L. Tyler, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of malicious assault.

Shane A. Jones, 24 of West Milford, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense shoplifting.

James D. Jones, 28 of Jane Lew, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Rhys Adams, 42 of Gay, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Donald G. Parks, 55 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher L. Wilson, 25 of Clarksburg, was indicted on two counts of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count petit larceny.

Raymond D. Delaney, II, 34 of Clarksburg, was indicted on two counts of destruction of property, one count of breaking and entering and one count of petit larceny.

Shane A. Miller, 19 of Lumberport, was indicted on two counts of grand larceny, four counts of daytime burglary, one count of nighttime burglary, one count of robbery in the first degree and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.

Mark E. Boals, 36 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense domestic battery, one count of third or subsequent offense driving while suspended or revoked, one count of petit larceny and one count of reckless driving.

Mozart Dixon, 46 of Indianapolis, In., was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of petit larceny.

Freddy L. Lloyd II, 33 of Flatwoods, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny, one count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit petit larceny.

Brian Merchant, 49 of Fairmont, was indicted on two counts of attempt to commit burglary.

Matthew E. Boone, 27 of Clarksburg, was indicted on six counts of breaking and entering, one count of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, four counts of grand larceny, three counts of petit larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit petit larceny and one count of destruction of property.

John E. Simpson, 28 of Flemington, was indicted on one count of attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud and/ misrepresentation.

Heath R. Knotts, 27 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving under the influence of alcohol.

James Moyer, 26 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of attempt to obtain a controlled substance by misrepresentation or fraud.

Tammy Ann Parker, 43 of Clarksburg, was indicted on two counts of third or subsequent offense shoplifting.

George D. Taylor, 53 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense domestic battery.

Meriah K. Souter, 34 of Elkins, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense shoplifting.

Ryan C. Hood, 29 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of domestic battery.

Terry W. Peggs, 29 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of robbery in the first degree.

Jonathon G. Robins, 26 of Enterprise, was indicted on one count of malicious assault and two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

Jerry Richards, 61 of Shinnston, was indicted on two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree, five counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, one count of sexual assault in the first degree, one count of attempt to commit sexual assault in the second degree and one count of use of obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor.

Charles E. Lamp, Jr., 46 of Lumberport, was indicted on two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree.

Winston R. Irons, 39 of Rochester, N.Y., was indicted on one count of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Charles Hawkins, Jr., 37 of Nutter Fort, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, one count of damage or destruction of telecommunications property.

Alan W. Bennett, 23 of Clarksburg, was indicted on two counts of fleeing in a vehicle from law enforcement officer in a manner showing reckless indifference to the safety of others, two counts of fleeing from a law enforcement officer, two counts of assault on a governmental employee, one count of forgery, one count of uttering and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Randy C. Hamrick, 46 of Clarksburg, was indicted on ten counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of destruction of property.

Joshua Menendez-Finch, 24 of Spelter, was indicted on one count of forgery, one count of uttering, three counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of petit larceny.

James Hurst, 20 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of burglary.

Rachel L. Garrison, 27 of Buckhannon, was indicted on four counts of transferring stolen property and two counts of conspiracy to transfer stolen property.

Zachary J. Oldaker, 19, was indicted on one count of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of destruction of property.

Joshua Lee Auvil, 31 of Stonewood, was indicted on one count of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny, one count of failure to appear and one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony crime of violence against another.

Brienna N. Randolph, 29 of Stonewood, was indicted on one count of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny, one count of failure to appear and one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony crime of violence against another.

Timothy Lowe, 38 of Nutter Fort, was indicted on one count of burglary.

Bernard Lee Greer, 54 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of robbery in the first degree, one count of kidnapping, one count of assault during commission of a felony and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

James D. Kirk, 22 of Nutter Fort, was indicted on one count of attempted extortion and two counts of falsely reporting an emergency incident.

Terry Messenger, 61 of Jane Lew, was indicted on one count of murder.

Alexander W. Weinstein, 27 of Bridgeport, was indicted on one count of threats of terroristic acts, conveying false information concerning terrorist acts and committing terrorist hoaxes.

Willie S. Nicholson, 31 of West Milford, was indicted on two counts of third or subsequent offense driving with an operator's license suspended or revoked for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Eugene Dean, 35 of Salem, was indicted on one count of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes.
