
Three people pleaded guilty to various drug charges before Magistrate judge John S. Kaull on June 1 in the U.S. District Court in Elkins, according to a news release from the office of the U.S. Attorney Northern District of West Virginia.
Garrett S. Sites, 28 of Petersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of pseudoephedrine to be used in the manufacture of methamphetamine on January 19, 2012 in Hardy County.
Officials said Site is free on bond pending sentencing and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000, officials said.
Kayla A. Evans, 22 of Petersburg, pleaded to possession of pseudoephedrine to be used in the manufacture of methamphetamine on September 26, 2011 in Mineral County.

Roni N. Nicely, 21 of Cabins, pleaded guilty to possession of material used in the manufacture of methamphetamine on January 27, 2012 in Grant County.
