Resident and witness, Nicole Marsh, tells 12 News she heard two gunshots just outside of her home.

"We were just getting ready to leave the house, a group of people were on the side of the house. We went to walk outside and all of a sudden you heard a couple gunshots and the guy stumbled backwards and fell on the ground," said Nicole Marsh, a nearby resident.  "We didn't really see anything or hear anything. I went inside and we called 911. And we came back out there were quite a few cars trying to help the guy that was shot. And we had to wait for the ambulance."

She said individuals nearby acted quickly.

"When I came back outside the guy was already on the ground and people were taking their shirts off trying to stop the bleeding," Marsh said.

Marsh said she did not recognize the victim or the individuals hanging out nearby.  She did not recognize the car on scene either.
