Literacy Volunteers of Harrison County to Hold Several Events in July

Literacy Volunteers of Harrison County will be holding numerous events throughout the month of July.

A Volunteer/Student Appreciation Dinner will be held July 17.

At the appreciation dinner, a quilt handmade by a volunteer will be raffled off.

Tickets are $2 each or three for $5.

A new Literacy Volunteers sign is on display at its office located at 104 East Main Street in Clarksburg, with artwork done by the Starving Artist Studios.

Literacy Volunteers of Harrison County will also be holding a free English as a Second Language workshop July 13 and 14.
