--Update--

The West Virginia State Police have arrested two additional men, and charged them with first degree murder in the death of a Buckhannon man on Tuesday.

State Police received information on Monday of a body that was buried off Bull Run Road in Upshur County. Information provided to authorities determined the victim was Joshua Oberg, 29, who was reported missing from Buckhannon earlier this year, officials said.

Officials searched the area off of Bull Run Road and discovered skeletal remains in a shallow grave. Those remains have been sent to the state's medical examiner for a positive ID.

State Police along with assistance from the FBI, and the Buckhannon Police Department, found probable cause to arrest Rodolpho Correa Villagomez, 32, of Buckhannon; Robert Eugene Siron, III, 30, of Weston; and Jesse Lee Heater, 28, of Buckhannon for first degree murder. Villagomez and Heater are in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.  Siron is at the North Central Regional Jail.

The West Virginia State Police arrested a Buckhannon man who they said killed Joshua Oberg, 29.

State Police arrested Jesse Lee Heater, 28, and charged him with first degree murder. Oberg was reported missing in January, according to a criminal complaint.

Another man confessed to a confidential informant that he and Heater buried Oberg at a specific location in Upshur County, after killing him as part of a planned attack, according to the criminal complaint.

On July 23, a body believed to be Oberg was found at a clandestine grave at that location.

Heater is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail without bail.

It is currently unclear if the other man involved will face charges.
