A Marion County woman who is being charged with first degree murder has waived her right to be tried in the June term of court.
Kristyn Palmer is being charged with the murder of her father Everett Wilson.
Her trial was scheduled to begin on Monday, September 24.
At a pretrial motion hearing last Friday, Judge Michael Aloi granted a request from Palmer's attorneys that the trial be moved to the October term of court.
Her trial will be held between October 8 and January 31, 2013.
