Taylor County Grand Jury Hands Down 41 Indictments

The September term of the Taylor County grand jury has handed down 41 indictments.

Butch Michael J. Shugars, 19 of Flemingtion, was indicted on one count of nighttime burglary.

Shawn K. Moscar, 50 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of forgery of a public record and one count of uttering a public record.

Earnest M. Duncan, 49 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of manufacture of a controlled substance.

Kellica May Ida Duncan, 49 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of manufacture of a controlled substance.

Charles L. Green, 25 of Mannington, was indicted on two counts of felony destruction of property.

Joseph Six, 22 of Mannington, was indicted on two counts of felony destruction of property.

Jason E. Higginbotham, 28 of Mannington, was indicted on two counts of felony destruction of property.

Joseph H. White, 32 of Rivesville, was indicted on one count of third offense driving on revoked license for driving under the influence.

Timothy L. Setler, 36 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Christopher A. Runner, 19 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Ty Anthony Stemple, 21 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Michael F. Stout, 34, was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Sean J. Jackson, 32 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle from law enforcement officer under the influence of alcohol and one count of first offense driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jason Edwards, 32 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Tracy E. Lipscomb, 28 of Flemington, was indicted on one count of forgery and uttering.

Virl R. Stemple, Jr., 42 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

Mark S. Rosier, 42 of Flemington, was indicted on one count of third offense domestic battery.

Alenia M. Hess, 23 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Adam C. Drainer, 28 of Flemington, was indicted on two counts of manufacture of a controlled substance.

Brandon Scott Andrich, 21 of Grafton was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Desmond T. Evans, 21 of Fairmont, was indicted on one count of abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

Matthew S. Wade, 39, was indicted on one count of escape from a correctional center.

Douglas A. Workman, 27 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of fleeing from law enforcement officer while driving under the influence and one count of first offense driving under the influence.

Hayward R. Prickett, 51 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of manufacture of a controlled substance.

Rebecca Dianne Crouse, 29 of Grafton, was indicted on one court of forgery of a public record and one count of uttering a public record.

Christina M Riffle, 24 of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of fraudulent schemes.

Stephanie M. Parrish, 25 of Grafton, was indicted on four counts of manufacture of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Donald G. Parks Jr., 37 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony: to manufacture methamphetamine.

Bruce W. Hastings, 30 of Grafton, was indicted on four counts of manufacture of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Justin M. Turner, 24 of Morgantown, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony: to manufacture methamphetamine.

Jonathan P. Hanley, 25 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of sexual assault in the third degree.

Brian K. Fairley, 45 of Grafton, was indicted on three counts of sexual assault in the second degree, two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, and four counts of sexual assault by parent, guardian, or custodian.

Leonard W. Bartlett, Jr., 38 of Flemington, was indicted on three counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, or custodian, three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and one count of use of minor in filming sexually explicit conduct

Lewis K. "Chip" Peters, 59 of Grafton, was indicted on 10 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and 10 counts of possession of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Richard Shackelford, 62 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of sexual assault by parent, guardian, or custodian and one count of sexual assault in the second degree.

Charles D. Andrews, 65, was indicted on three counts of sexual assault in the first degree and three counts of sexual assault by parent, guardian, or custodian.

Brian C. Neligh, 31, was indicted on three counts of felony child neglect.

Macel J. Workman, 28 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony: to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of felony child neglect.

James H. Ware was indicted for third offense driving under the influence.
