Senators' Pucci Grabs 2nd Straight WVIAC Award

PRINCETON -

The Davis & Elkins College men's soccer team is sitting in third place in the WVIAC right now with a 6-1 record, 2-0 in conference play.

The Senators added two wins to their record last week. Sophomore James Pucci helped out with three goals and an assist.

Pucci has been named the WVIAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week, for the second week in a row.

The Italy native had two goals in a home win over Lock Haven. When D&E traveled to Shepherd, Pucci knocked home his third goal and recorded the assist.

West Virginia Wesleyan's Jordan Halpern was named as another top performer.
