U.S. Marshals Service Seeking Fugitive in 2010 Clarksburg Murder

The U.S. Marshals Service and Clarksburg Police Department are seeking information regarding the location of a Pennsylvania man in connection with the January 2010 murder of Jayar "Trevor" Poindexter.

Clarksburg Police arrested Ennis Charles "E.C." Payne II, 37, on a first degree murder charge in the shooting death of Poindexter. Darnell Carlton Bouie, 35, of Turtle Creek, Pa., is wanted in connection with that murder, according to a criminal complaint document.

Bouie is described as a black male, standing 6-feet tall, weighing 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Bouie has scars on his abdomen, chest and face, according to the Marshals Service.

Bouie, who also goes by "John Lamar Brinson", is believed to be in the Pittsburgh, Pa., area with contacts in Harrison County.
